Our goal is to ship all orders by the next business day, however processing time may take up to 3-5 business days. Once your order is marked for shipment you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number letting you know your package is on it’s way.
Your satisfaction as a customer is important to us. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us via the contact form or email us: email@example.com. Be sure to include all relevant information such as your order/tracking number. We do not issue refunds or replacements for missing/lost packages if the tracking number shows the package was delivered. Your request must be submitted within 30 days of ship date. If we determine a refund or return is necessary, the refund will credited to the payment method used for the order in question.
